Has 5+ years’ experience successfully completing professional installations up to or larger than 2,000 SF
KNOWLEDGE OF RESINOUS COATINGS –
• Has good working knowledge of mixing and applying resinous coatings
• Adheres to safety, storage, and handling guidelines
KRETUS® KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING –
• Has received KRETUS® training certification and has installed KRETUS® products and systems in a professional setting
• Has read and understands KRETUS® literature
• Able to navigate KRETUS® website to find product data, checklists, and forms
• Understands how to select KRETUS® hardeners based on application temperatures
• Completes KRETUS® Pre-Job Checklist before quoting or beginning an installation
ON SITE SUPERVISION –
Able to install resinous coatings, but may need supervision when preparing, selecting, or installing a complete system
Project Overview –
• Understands that product and system recommendations are based on many factors, including product data, environmental conditions, applicator’s skill level, client expectations (budget, timeline, aesthetics), and end use of the system
• Understands the importance of substrate testing, surface preparation/repair, onsite mockups, and mixing station
• Completes all necessary preparation before installation begins
